Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to use Wassimos. Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to farm points or rewards is not allowed and may result in removal.

Points are a virtual, in-platform currency with no cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and are not a bank deposit or e-money. We may adjust, expire, or reset points to correct errors or abuse. Points earned through bugs, exploits, or fraud may be removed.

You can redeem points for rewards in the store. Rewards are fulfilled manually, usually during the stream, and availability can change. Provide accurate delivery details — we're not responsible for rewards lost due to wrong information. Digital rewards are generally final once delivered; we may offer refunds of points at our discretion.

Predictions, slot battles, tournaments, slot call, and raffles are point-based games run during the stream. Outcomes and payouts follow each game's posted rules. We may cancel and refund a game if something goes wrong. Games are for entertainment; points staked are not a wager of money.

Linking Kick, Discord, Google/YouTube, Stake, or Free Fire is subject to those services' own terms. References to Stake and its promo codes are for our community rewards; Wassimos is an independent community platform. Please gamble responsibly on any third-party casino, and only where legal for you.

Don't abuse, exploit, or attack the platform; don't harass others; don't use bots or automation to farm points. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

We may update the platform and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Wassimos is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent allowed by law we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages or for lost points.
